Mesmara Telagapindi is made from white sesame seeds(hulled black sesame seeds).

\nTelagapindi is nothing but powder of sesame oil cake. At Mesmara we use cleaned white sesame seeds to extract oil using our wooden press, the oil cake is then sun dried, pulverised and hygienically packed.

\nIn some parts Telagapindi(Defatted sesame flour) is widely used in cooking and also given to lactating mothers for its rich source of lignans (glucosides of sesaminol and sesamolinol).

\nIt also contains valuable compounds such as proteins, minerals, dietary fibers and vitamins.
