Directions for use : Splash water on your face.take one tablespoon scrub and gently massage in upward circular motion all over your face and neck for not more than two minutes.avoid the under-eye area.You may scrub a little harder on the T-zone area of face.wash off with cold water after scrubbing and apply moisturizer if required.
Dosage sensitive skin: Once a week
All other skin types: twice a week.
