Mesmara Reetha Powder
Reetha is a traditional hair care herb. In fact, it is pretty well known in most Indian households, specifically for its hair care properties and for providing shiny hairs.
Best part about this herb is that it has foaming properties just like that of your commercial shampoo. In fact, it is used in Ayurveda shampoos just to add that lasting foam for cleansing effect.
Mesmara Amla Powder
Amla is one of the oldest herb known to Ayurveda. Also known as Indian gooseberry, it provides you with all the benefits of a perfect hair care product.
Amla is rich in flavonoids and antioxidants.
Mesmara Shikakai Powder
You can’t get a better herb for hair than shikakai. You know it is good when the name itself translates to “fruit for hair”. A small shrub found growing wild in southern parts of India.
It is an effective hair cleanser and forms good foam for an effective hair wash. It keeps your hair from being tangled.
It is an astringent which means it removes excess oil from your hair so it is just the perfect herb for people with oily scalp and hairs.
Mesmara Hibiscus Powder
Helps condition your hair, making it soft and manageable.
Mesmara Bhringraj Powder
Bhringaraj, popularly known as ‘false daisy’ in English is a traditional wonderful herb. Popularly known as karisalankani in Tamil, gunta galagaraaku in Telugu, kesuriya in Bengali, kannunni in Malayalam and bhangaro in Gujarati, and is widely used all over the world for its immense benefits towards hair.
For Oily Hair :
- Mesmara Reetha, Amla, Shikakai, Hibiscus and Bhringraj powder : 2 Tsp
- Mesmara Coconut oil: ¼ tsp
- Mesmara Tea tree oil: 1-2 drops
- Curd: 2 Tsp
- Mesmara Multani mitti: 2 Tsp
- Mix all the dry ingredients in the bowl first and then add the oil.
- Put enough water to make a paste
- Apply the mask on your hair and let it stay for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse with lukewarm water.
For Lustrous, Thick Hair
- Take a clean and dry glass bowl or just any bowl.
- Mesmara Reetha, Amla, Shikakai, Hibiscus and Bhringraj powder in the bowl first and then add the curd.
- Add oil(Mesmara Olive oil or Mesmara Almond oil : few drops) – Optional
- Make a paste by adding rose water or Normal water .
- Apply on evenly on your hair and let it sit for about 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse with lukewarm water and gently pat your hair dry.
