DIY Peppermint/Eucalyptus Essential Oil Spray:
A 2% oil dilution is considered as a safe standard for skin application of essential oils. You can achieve this by mixing 12 drops of essential oil in around 30 mL of a carrier oil or any other lotion or moisturizer. Mix 12 drops of either peppermint or eucalyptus essential oil in around 30 mL of a carrier oil like almond oil or jojoba oil. Keep this in a spray bottle (preferably glass bottle) and carry with you on your summer daytime expeditions. Spray behind the ears or on the wristband area whenever you feel too hot and get a refreshingly cool sensation. This also helps to ease headaches and relieves muscle aches and pains. Both of these oils are quite stimulating and can interfere with sleep, so try to use them during daytime.
For making your summer travel a delightful experience, use an infusion of Mesmara Rosemary Essential Oil in Mesmara Jojoba Carrier Oil and spray in your car for freshening the air and keeping you alert and your nerves cool. Do not use essential oils that have a soothing, sedative effect while driving as they tend to make you sleepy or drowsy. Always choose a stimulating type of oil. Refreshing lemon water:
½ liter ice water
Juice of 5 to 6 lemons
2 drops of Mesmara Lemon Essential Oil
2 lemon wedges
Method of Preparation:
Mix the lemon juice and Mesmara Lemon essential oil in water. Garnish with lemon wedges.

You will need:
A glass bowl half filled with water
1 floating candle (unscented)
10 drops of Mesmara Lavender Essential Oil
5 drops of Mesmara Sweet Orange Essential Oil
Few rose petals
Method of Preparation:
Add the essential oils to the water bowl. Sprinkle the rose petals. Keep the floating candle in the center and light it up. You will be amazed at how refreshing the atmosphere would become and how much it adds to the beauty of your home.

Do not used citrus based essential oils on the skin during summer time as they tend to cause photosensitivity.
